We could not be happier with Down To Earth’s service. We needed one tree removed and they came out quickly, offered a reasonable quote, and scheduled the removal for the following week. On the appointed day, they were here on time and removed the tree in a matter of a few hours. Not only did they meet our expectations but exceeded them, especially during the clean up… which occurred in the middle of a downpour. We could not be happier and will always use Down To Earth going forward.

These guys were amazing! Communication was great! They were safe, efficient, and were done with our HUGE maple in less than 2 days. We also appreciated the cleanup. You could barely tell there was anybody here! 5 stars 10/10 would and will recommend!!!

Had a neighbors tree fall on my garage late on a Friday night. I submitted a request to have them come look and give me a quote around 330am, and they were at my place within 12 hours and gave me a quote. I decided after another much higher quote from a competitor to go with them and submitted my deposit Monday afternoon. They were able to come on Wednesday and had it removed in short time.

Down to earth cut three trees on my property. They were extremely easy to work with: very responsive, polite, and efficient. They did the job quickly, with minimal disturbance, and cleaned up the site once done. Their services were of very good value. I will use them again when needed. Thank you very much.

This tree service did a great job. After getting estimates I felt that the estimate was a great value. Branches were removed as discussed and Tim also removed more after he saw that they were rotted. Was very happy that they cleaned up. This job was done in a school zone and they made sure the job was done safely. I would definitely recommend this service.

Tim was extremely helpful with my tree trimming project. It was a difficult job and it required special equipment and expertise. TIM did a great job of explaining everything that went into the job and he communicated well before during and after the job was completed. Lighting hit one of our trees and a portion was laying on our neighbors electrical wires going into their house. Called this afternoon and Tim wonderfully came out this evening, gave us an estimate and removed the danger. He was very professional, detailed, courteous and took great care with landscaping and decorations. Highly recommend!!

We had an enormous oak tree fall in our yard, covering most of the driveway and blocking access to our garage. Within 24 hours Tim and his team had the tree fully removed and our yard clear of any debris. They moved quickly, but took great care to ensure they didn't damage our driveway. Their knowledge and skill was apparent through the entire process, and they were incredibly professional and courteous. I highly recommend Down to Earth for any tree services you may need!

Excellent work by Tim and team. Tim is an arborist, which was important to me. He provided great advice about what needed to be done and what didn’t. We had one (dead) tree taken down and two others trimmed. Did a great job of communicating, professional, nice clean up of the job site.

We had multiple companies out to provide estimates to trim an overgrown river birch in our front yard. Down to Earth was by far the most knowledgeable company we spoke to. They trimmed the tree with a focus on maintaining the health of the tree but also greatly improved the aesthetic. Highly recommend them! Very competitive pricing as well.

I couldn't be happier with the work that Tim and his crew did - Tim is very knowledgeable with a focus on tree health, communicated with all of my questions, and worked with my schedule. Cleanup was amazing and they left the yard looking better than when they got here, not to mention the trees look so much better and the trimmings will promote healthier growth.
